The Glass House: A National Treasure

Built in 1964, Freeman Gentry's "Glass House" is an architectural wonder renowned around the globe.

Built from PVB laminated glass, erected between black steel piers and supported by stock H-beams. Black herringbone firebrick lines the interior. It is an architectural wonder which sadly is no longer open to the general public. Below are some rare and little-seen sketches made by Gentry to provide the visitor with a taste of this grand accomplishment.
